I graduated last may with a degree in marketing and my focus was going in the fashion/beauty industry. There is nothing and i mean NOTHING in DC. If your looking to go where the action is: New York. Your possibilities there will be endless. You could also try LA. Look for companies who actually make the products, sell the products, or the beauty dept. at a magazine, you will be a guinea pig either way. P.S. Wet the brush, and use very sparingly, and I swear, it totally works.

Except when you forget and rub your eyebrows and get a black streak up your forehead. First: I recently bought the bareminerals intro set thing (I had already used just the foundation) and it came with this eye brightener. I feel like the powder brings out the tiny bumps in the skin under my eyes (creating a weird almost goosebumps-like effect). Do you think this may be because of the lack of moisture? I have very fair skin and a little bit of darkness under my eyes with some puffiness too. Most undereye concealers seem to be really yellowy, including bareminerals, which I'm not sure works so great on fair skin. Any better suggestions on how to remedy this?
Second: How much do you think a quality shampoo and conditioner matter? I was recently talked into a $20 (tiny!) bottle of shampoo at my salon and although it has worked great so far, I'm skeptical of whether it is worth the price. Sorry that was so long, but thanks!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25371334.post-1162515282908319842006-11-02T19:54:00.000-05:002006-11-02T19:54:00.000-05:00I am going to be graduating in May with a Fashion ...I am going to be graduating in May with a Fashion degree.
